Condition surveys identify the work necessary to bring premises up to a serviceable state of repair and to also to rectify any breaches of legislation. Surveys cover all areas of the buildings and any external areas included within the site.

An appraisal of the building / environment in which the business

is situated and the services that are provided, barriers will be identified and general access solutions are made. The costs of an access audit is very economical and reasonable, all inclusive costs include preparation work, site visits and the report.

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 require people responsible for, or occupying a building to manage asbestos containing materials, which makes them responsible for protecting others who work in or use these buildings. This management activity demonstrates long term compliance.
