Condition surveys identify the work necessary to bring premises up to a serviceable state of repair and to also to rectify any breaches of legislation. Surveys cover all areas of the buildings and any external areas included within the site.
Each building is assessed element by element, i.e. roofs, windows, flooring, ceiling,
sanitary services and external elements such as walls, fences ramps and steps etc.
