Asbestos Management

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 require people responsible for, or occupying a building to manage asbestos containing materials, which makes them responsible for protecting others who work in or use these buildings. This management activity demonstrates long term compliance, which generally involves risk assessments, establishing and maintaining an asbestos register, and mark, manage or remove strategies.

We aim to provide a high class service at the lowest possible cost and to make survey reports understandable, comprehensive and informative.

We offer our clients a full asbestos management package which could include any or all of the following: -

All the information held on any asbestos containing material must be kept up to date and made available to anyone who may work or disturb the asbestos containing material (ACM). Regular reviews and condition

Our surveyors are qualified to undertake asbestos surveys (both management/refurbishment surveys and demolition surveys) and hold The British Occupational Hygiene Society - P402: Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos (including Risk Assessment and Risk Management Strategies) and we are also qualified to The British Occupational Hygiene Society - P405: Management of Asbestos in Buildings and as a result we can actively help our clients manage asbestos, from initial surveys to strategic reviews of the management in place, to comply with Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006.
